Repealability of Obamacare

Well, the health-care bill has passed and the talking heads generally agree that it cannot be repealed. Their argument is that the entitlement programs generate their own constituency and politicians dare not cross such a voting block.

Normally this would be a good argument, but this time it's not. The great majority of the beneficiaries of Obama care are the poor and they generally vote Democratic anyway. Hence, Republican politicians do not need to worry about losing this cohort of voters, because they never had them.
